At the Ajilla Foundation we prioritize programs and initiatives for elementary through college students so that we can plant the seeds of education, awareness and exposure to the variety of opportunities that they will have access to in the future. In addition to this, we also have a professional community of purposeful leaders that are intentional about paying it forward to the next generation of leaders.
If we had to define our organization in a couple of words, it would be the popular quote “Lift as you climb”. Our vision is to create a pipeline of successful leaders and change agents that are intentional about making this world a better place.
